Emailed to me from a collector, a new purchase....
His description as follows:
The gun has a stainless steel Commander sized 8 shot 45 auto clip. Only a few of these were ever made at the factory in Arcadia, has a three digit serial number. Exception is the wood stocks.
This is not like the typical run of the mill AMT. The originals like this one, were manufactured to a higher standard than the average 5" Hardballer. This is the rare 4 1/4" Commander sized version of the Hardballer.
It has Micro adjustable sights mounted in the wide rib rather than the Milletts that were used from 1978 on. The wide Gold Cup style trigger is smooth, not serrated.
